Refund policy

Your pleasure and satisfaction is VERY important to us! We are always available to answer any questions, provide additional product information, and recommendations by email or phone. And, we also understand there are still times that a purchase may not meet your needs or expectations. Please know we are here to help make this right!

You have 30 days from product receipt to make a return. Shipping and/or service charges are non-refundable. For products that are UNUSED and UNOPENED, please return the product in its original packaging to receive a full refund, minus shipping and/or service charges, to the original method of payment. For products that have been USED, please return item to address below for store credit, minus any shipping and/or service charges.

To Make A Return Request

1. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within 30 days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipments.

2. Please email us at virginia@xixon.com to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging. Any return that does not include a Return Authorization number on the package will be returned to sender upon attempted delivery. Xi Xon is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
