Shipping policy

Please note we ship Monday thru Friday only. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.

We offer a $10 flat shipping rate for all purchases below $50 and FREE shipping on all purchases $50+.

All shipping will go through USPS first class. If you require expedited shipping, please email virginia@xixon.com to make arrangements.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify virginia@xixon.com immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
